Dr. Lin has more than 20 years experience in pressure sensitive
adhesive technology and business development experience in PSA industry.

When with a large US PSA product company, he worked at corporate R&D as well as operating divisions in making polymers, label materials and converted labels. In addition to his technical expertise, Dr. Lin led a new business development team that cooperated with other companies in new product and new business development. Dr. Lin also assisted a large US company in setting up new operations in China.

Dr. Lin pioneered in correlating practical PSA performance to polymer
viscoelasticity and surface properties. As a result, very fast PSA product development became possible. His methods greatly reduces time-to-market for product development projects.  

As an industry expert, Dr. Lin consulted for large and small companies in both the US and Asia. There are several US and international patents credited to his effort.
