Kenneth Lin, Ph.D.

Dr. Lin has 20 years experience in pressure sensitive
adhesive technology with Avery Dennison and several years of
consulting experience in PSA industry. When with Avery Dennison, he
worked at corporate R&D as well as three operating divisions in making
polymers, label materials and converted labels. He also led an Asia
business development program.

He pioneered in correlating practical PSA performance to polymer
viscoelasticity and surface sciences. As a result, very fast product
development  became possible. His methods reduce time-to-market
dramatically. Dr. Lin provides a training seminar in pressure sensitive
adhesive technology.  

Dr. Lin is an expert in emulsion and hot melt PSA technologies. He also
has direct experiences in manufacturing processes.  

His new patent-pending ultra-fast drying emulsion platform provides
game-changing competitiveness to PSA product manufacturers.

As an industry expert, Dr. Lin consulted for large and small companies in
both the US and Asia. There are several US and international patents
credited to his effort.
